In Search of Jim Wolfe

I am searching for James (Jim) Gunner Wolfe. Jim was born in Sacramento on December 16, 1943 to Jim and Naomi Wolfe. His parents divorced somewhere between then and 1953. His mother then married Ernest Martin Haines. Jim and his family then moved to Guam around 1955 and Kodiak, AK around 1960 or 1961. Around 1963 they settled in Concrete, WA where Mr. Haines died in 1968 as a result of injuries sustained in a job-related accident. Jim enlisted in the Air Force in 1962 and resided in Chicago from 1962 until 1966. After his step-father's death, Jim emigrated to Tokyo, Japan, where he married and had a daughter, Mara. Jim and his wife divorced around 1973, and Mara and her mother came to the states and settled in California. Jim has not been seen or heard from since. In 1998, Mara attempted to locate her father.

Jim has a brother Corby Haines, a year older than he who lives near Anchorage, AK. His mother still lives in Concrete, and we believe has an uncle in Sonoma.

I am Jim Wolfe's half-sister Pauline's husband. I am searching either for Jim or his daughter Mara, who might know of his whereabouts. Please email me at jplissner@csu.org with any information you might have.

Thanks all.
