Loren and Virginia Clair and Mamie Edith Thurman

Virginia Clair died in Sacramento in 1922, Loren E. Clair died there in 1932. They had a daughter named Mamie Edith(born 1896) Clair who died around 1989 in Madera, California. Mamie Edith had the last name of Thurman when she died.
I don't know who her huband was. William Thurman founded Madera but Mamie's husband was probably a younger relative.
Does anyone have information about either Clair or Thurman family?
