East Lawn Cemetary, Sacramento

I have recently found an obituary for my great-grandfather. It said that his funeral was held at George Klumpp Chapel of Flowers and was his internment was at East Lawn. Where is this cemetary? Does it still exist? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Judy
