They were sons of James DYER and Hester TYLEY. William probably m. 3 times: 1] Louisa WOOLLEY ca. 1849; 2] Ann GADSDEN ca. 1850; and 3] Mary RICHARDS at Dyersville, Dubuque Co., IOWA, USA in September 1859. William probably m. Louisa WOOLLEY at Allestree, Derbyshire, England ca. 1849. William and his third wife, Mary RICHARDS [who was also b. in England], migrated from Dubuque Co., IA to the vicinity of Corona, Riverside Co., CA ca. 1887.
