His obit was published in The Press-Enterprise on 11/24/2004:
DALANDER, PAUL M. Age 83, of Perris, CA., passed away 11/19/04 at his residence. Paul was born 10/21/21 in California. He retired form the U.S. navy after 30 years of service. Paul was a member of the Veterans of Foreign War, Perris Post 888; American Legion, Perris, Post 595; Fleet Reserve. Graveside service 11/24, 11 a.m. at Riverside Nat'l Cemetery. Services Entrusted to Evans Brown Mortuary (951) 679-1114
