I am seeking information on the descendants of James Snell (1878-1961), of Nevada County.

James Snell was the son of a Cornish immigrant, John H Snell. He began his working life in the mines of Grass Valley, Nevada Co., and retired in 1958 as a Superior Court Judge of that county. He practiced law in San Benito County, where he was deputy Distict Attorney, as well as Nevada Co.

He and his wife Emma (nee Nankervis) had 4 children:
- Ester Snell, b 1907, married Brown
- James Lloyd Snell, b 1909 d 1973, wife Jeannette
- Emma May Snell, b 1912, married John Damm
- William N Snell, b 1917

Any knowledge of James or these children and their descendants would be greatly appreciated.
