I live in Hames Valley. I would suggest contacting the San Antonio Historical Associaiton for more information. They keep records of history in the area, and would at least be able to tell you who runs it.
The cemetery is about 2 miles west of the 101 freeway on Jolon Rd, (Bradley, CA), on private property. It is a small pioneer cemetery.
