phyl,
The LA County marriage records in the 1930s consist of two images. One image (the one you gave the link for) contains the license and the certificate of marriage. On the reverse side of the original paper document at the LA County Recorder's Office is the affidavit for application for the license. This shows personal data. When LDS filmed the records they made a second image from the reverse side of the marriage record. At the top of the image you supplied is a box stating that this is image 1562 of 3025 images. If you edit the box to show image 1563 you can see the affidavit for application which gives the names of the parents and other personal data.
