If you're referring to familysearch.org, you might contact them and ask why. I'd be interested to know myself. It's very annoying, so all I can do is direct folks to "familysearch.org". I understand not being able to link Ancestry since it is fee-based, but fs is free.
I did contact them abt another problem, they answered quickly, but it wasn't resolved, so good luck!
