Hi Rebecca,
I am a research volunteer, not related.

From what I've been able to find so far, Martin was b. in PA, and his large family moved around a lot. IL>IA>NE>OH, married to Nancy Deal probably in Iowa, Last found with Nancy in 1885 Nebraska state census. By 1900 listed as widower. (doesn't look like they had any children).
Martin found in Stanislaus Co. by 1917.
His obit appears in Modesto newspaper (ancestry) 29 Jan 1930. Does not list any wife or children. Only siblings 3 in the Modesto area, 5 scattered in the rest of the US.

Can you give a little more info on Mary Grisso Brubaker Boyd? will try to see if they connect anywhere.
