GREEN - in this city, April 9, 1907, Joseph C. Green, dearly beloved husband of Irene Green, father of Charles C, Irene, Emily, Robert and Raymond Green stepfather of Mrs Edward Lenormand and Mrs Robert J. Walsh, brother of Miss B.S. and Thomas E. Green and son-in-law of Raymond Barute, a native of Sydney, Australia, aged 58 years 8 months and 14 days.
Friends and acquaintances are respectfully invited to attend the funeral today (Thursday) April 11, at 8:15 o'clock a.m., from his late residence, 295T Twenty-second street, thence to st Peter's Church, where a requiem high name for the repose of his soul will be celebrated, commencing at 9:45 a.m. Interment Holy Cross Cemetry, by electric funeral car from Thirtieth street and San Jose avenue.

Tbe Public Administrator Takes Chars*
of tbe Coad ' Estate.
John B. Green, son of Maria K. Green, appled to Judge Coffey yesterday for an order directing Thomas Green, administrator of the Green eßtate, to show cause why he ahold not be discharged. The petitioner claims that the administrator is an unfit person to-have charge of the estate by reason of bis intellect being impaired by old age. The counter applications of the Public Administrator and Charles Sohultz, the orchestra leader, for letters of administration on the two Coad estates, were heard by Judge Coffey yesterday. . The estates are those left by Henry Coad, the well-known theatrical man, and his daughter, Grace Coad. The whole property is valued at about $225,000. Grace died several months ago and her mother is in the Napa Asylum. The only child of Henry Coad living is the wife of Schultz. Judge Coffey settled the contest by appointing Public Administrator Pennie administrator of both the estates of Henry and Grace Coad.

The hearing of the application of John B. Green, for a revocation of the letters or administration held by Thomas Green, aged "ghtjthree years, on the estate of Maria K. Green, his deceased wife, was commenced ia the Probate Court yesterday afternoon. The administrator is the father of the contestant, and it is claimed that he is incompetent to mami^m the estate by reason of LU age, infirmity and intemperance. Several witnesses testih'eit that the old gentleman was competent to nianago the estate and not intemperate. While tbe> case was being heard, the contestant and his brother Joseph created a disturbance ia th» corridor and came very near being arrested. It was said that they were both slightly under the influence of liquor.
