Hi Richie,
Do you have access to Ancestry old newspapers? I ran across a couple of letters to the editor in the Fresno Bee from Mary Hampton Clack in 1938. She just wrote about a couple of Texas adventures.I didn't look at every entry for "Clack" as there were way too many (clickety-clack, smeared ink for clock, clark, black)
Unfortunatly, Ancestry didn't have the right years of your relatives deaths online, so couldn't find an obit for you.
One small coincidence... I can see that your Clack line originated in Tennessee. In the old newspapers, there was mention of a Clack family. James was a court judge, married to Julia. (Doesn't look like they had any children) When he died in 1934, the article said he was a 50year resident of the area (Visalia). Survived by a brother, William. (William died in 1940, never married) survived by a sister, Jennie Riggins and a couple of cousins. James and William both natives of Tennessee.
