Sandra, I am the Research Chair for AAFA which maintains this website. I am trying to update the genealogy of William and Margaret Kelsey Alford for the website by incorporating research done by a great-grandson of this couple. His work which he entitled "Russel Alford and Jullia Kid and Descendents" does not include John as he was either a brother or first cousin of Russell but he also does not include Erastus, Charles and Cordelia as children of Russell and Julia Kidd Alford.
