I'm looking for my grandfather, Balasario De Soto. I was told he grew up on a rancho owned by Fernando Pacheco in Contra Costa County. He had a brother
Eugene, and a sister Rachel (Northrup). A branch of the family is living inCambria, San Luis Obispo county, surname
Soto.
