Yes, that is the same guy. I have most of that info, exceptthat relating to the 1920/1930 censuses. He apparently never had children. I believe he was residing in the Long Beach, CA area in the 1920ties/30ties. It's, of course, possible that he just never got counted either time.

You came up with the same name for his wife I originally did. Turned out "Scott" was actually "Olcott". I wonder if she was individually in either of those censuses as "Margaret Walker". Looks like they may have divorced in the late teens/ 1920ties & she remained back in New York City until her death in 1970, where her NY Times obit identifies her still as Margaret Walker.
