Thomas Jefferson Cooley, b 23 Oct 1831 possibly Crawfordsville, Montgomery Co., IN, son of Samuel Means Cooley and margaret Rusk or Rush, living in 1850 Jasper Co. MO where parents had died a few years earlier. Is in 1860 census, CA, Mendocino, Calpella where he married 24 Dec 1865 to Letitia Francis Dunn. Her death certificate lists father as Frank Dunn, b IN, and her birth 20 Oct 1849 in IN. However, census 1860 for Calpella for what seems to be her lists MO. She is with William Day, b ca 1827 KY, and wife Laticia, b ca 1827 VA. Apparently father is dead in 1860 and do not know if Laticia is her mother. Thomas, Laticia, and family moved to Cowlitz Co., WA about 1882. Anyone else interested in this family or know about Latitia's parents?
