Looking for my nephew who is handicapped in the Marin County, California area, may be in a home for the handicapped. Goes by Kyle Welsh or Kyle Welch, He has cerebral palsy and a slow learning disorder ,may have seizures. he is around 25 years old, birthday is in Oct, of 76 . He is white , big guy may not walk, if anyone knows of him please email me i have been trying to find him for a long time and need to get in touch with him, he has two sisters and lots of relatives.
