Starting Sept. 30, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

Laurie,
I just tried the link and it does work. Don't ever try to hand copy a link; always select it, copy it to your clipboard and then paste it into your browser. It is too easy to make an error trying to hand-type a long link.

PS: Does anybody know how to make a hot link in a genforum posting that only needs to be clicked on? Then the above select, copy, paste scenario goes out the window.
