Finding Doris' mother was a big breakthrough. The 1930 census for Alhambra shows Doris - still single - living with her mother and father Louisa and Walter Hutchinson. So, it would appear that Milford was her first (and only) marriage and since they had no children in the 1940 census it is unlikely that they ever had any as Doris would have been in her 40s. Also the California Birth Index (CABI) does not show any Tucker births with MMN Hutchinson.
