You didn't say what information you were looking for regarding Joanna Hunsinger but I assumed it's about her family.

I think she's the daughter of Benjamin F. and Electra Hunsinger who were living in 1870 in Indian, Plumas, cA.
Benj F Hunsinger, b. IL, 42, farmer.
Electra, wife, b. IL, 38.
Ira Wayne, b. IL, 17.
Joanna, b. IL, 16.
Cassius A., b. IL, 12.
William, b. CA, 10.
Emily Pool, b. CA, 9.
Frankie May, b. CA, 7.

In 1860 the family lived in Indian too.

In 1870 Jefferson lived in Indian.
Jefferson Maxwell, b. IL, 32, butcher.

Their marriage certificate might have enough information to tell you more about Joanna's parents. However, you'll have to find out which county they married in to be able to order a copy from the County Clerk-Recorder.

Her parents' names might be in her obituary or her death certificate too. Successful Searching!
