I found a Florence Agnes Wade listed in the new California Death Record on RootsWeb who resided in Lassen County at the time of her death in 1952. I am looking for my mother's oldest sister, a Florence (Robbins) Wade, not sure of her middle name. All of the information listed on the death record was the same information for my Aunt. Additional information is as follows: Her husbands name was John and I believe that he had been a police officer at one time. They had two sons, John Montgomery Wade and Glenn Edward Wade. One of them was accidentally shot to death at the age of 12 by a playmate back in the late 1920's. The family just sort of drifted away from the rest of the family and we lost all contact. Florence was born in December of 1880 or 1888 (not sure which). She was born in Illinois. Her maiden name was Robbins and her mother's maiden name was Snelling.
