I have great grandfather Montgomery Carsner, but he lived & died in Ohio. I have not found the connection of Montgomery to Iowa, Oregon, Texas, or California Carsners. But it is such a rare name, I think they are connected. Montgomery came from PA when he was 2 he showed up on Ohio census.
