saw your querry for Doyle relatives in Kern County.

Helen Doyle was born 13 Dec 1838 was born either in Australia or Corky Ireland, her father was James Doyle of Corky Ireland. This family moved about a great deal, and it is believed that he was born about 1808 and died about 1892 at White water, Kern County, Cal. (family traditional stories still unproved.) He was married to a "Henri or Henry" surname.

Helen Doyle married James Kilbreath born 20 Sep 1821 New York, and and her husband died (drowned) 10 Jan 1892 at White Water River, Kern County. James is buried in the White Water River cemetary. (cemetary records of White Water). After his death, Helen went to live in Englewood, Los Angeles Co, Ca and died there in her daughter's home. (info from Salt lake city)

Helen had several children (Kilbreath) one died in Glenville (Thomas)and is buried at Oak cemetery, one at White Water River (James Jr) and is buried in the cem there. Helen had Doyle kin in Porterville, Delano, and Bakersfield. I don't anything about them........your querry mentions a child James Doyle.

Helen's daughter Isobelle Kilbreath married Fred Bauer of Germany and had Lola (or Laura) Bauer that married Jean Bertrand of France. One of the daughters, DORTHY HELEN BERTRAND married Remmick Obispo Albitre of Kern Co and this branch of the Albitre family lived in Woody California.

Would you mind sharing information with me?
