Seeking information on a John Howard and his family of Bakersfield, CA. Mr. Howard was born around the turn of the Twentieth Century, probably in Newton Co. MO or Pottawatomie Co., OK. His father was Jefferson Davis Howard who with his wife, Catherine, were living in Roger Mill Co., OK in the both the 1910 and 1930 OK census. I have no other names associated with John. Any help in locating John’s offspring’s would be greatly appreciated.
