Elie Mercer died Kern Co. 1947 lived in Ga.

Elie (Eli) Jack Mercer was my grandfather's brother. We have information that he died in Kern County in 1947. Rumors were that he was killed by a train. He was born around 1897 in Georgia. His father was John Mercer and his mother was Martha Welch.

We have little information on John and Eli and their family.
Any infomation is appreicated.
