Does anybody know this man's family??
According to his death certificate he was born 21 July 1899 in Illinois and he died 16 November 1981 in Eureka, Humboldt Co, CA. His wife was listed as Ann Kline. His father was Peter Ralser of Missouri. His mother was Elizabeth ____ born in Bavaria.
I believe William was my grandfather's 1st cousin. My grandfather's mother was Anna Maria Ralser, daughter of Joseph Ralser and Anna Maria Fehrle (spelling??). Anna had a brother named Peter who was born 19 July 1865 in St. Charles County, MO. Peter disappears from Missouri after the 1880 Census.
Anna Maria Ralser was born 22 September 1869 in St. Charles County, MO and died 23 February 1939 in St. Louis, MO. She married James Charles Birmingham (I), 28 September 1892 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Dardenne, St. Charles County, MO. Anna, James and their children moved to Peoria, IL sometime between 1906 and 1920, before moving to St. Louis. Their children were Alice, Evelyn Gertrude, Joseph Peter (twin), Anthony Leonard (twin), Mary Angela, Fredric Louis (my grandfather, deceased), and James Aloysius.
