I am trying to find some information on this Eli Martin in Calusa Co, CA.
He received the land grant that follows:
Name: ELI Martin
Date: 05 Aug 1869
Location: CA, Glenn
Document #: 3154
Serial #: CACAAA 012887
Sale Type: Cash Sale
Meridian or Watershed: MD
Parcel: Township 021N, Range 006W, Sec 5
Also if anyone would have access to the 1870 census to look for an Eli Martin, in Glenn, Butte or Calusa Counties in California, I am not familiar to when they combined or changed boundaries.
I think I have found this Eli in the 1880 census, but need the 1870 to prove it.
Any help would be appreciated,
