I noticed in the 1910 census for 2 of the Mecum males (Stephen,& Isaac listed in the 1870 census) they both list their mother as born in England......I am wondering if they are referring to their step mother Sarah when they list England? because in the 1900 Vina, Tehama, California census Isaac D Mecum and Horrace/Horace both listed Michigan as their mother's birthplace
