I am looking for information on James W. Anderson, whose hometown was given as Maxwell, CA. He served as an aviation machinist during WWII in the southwest Pacific theater. He was the crew chief for Admiral Thomas Wood's plane (in Australia) early in 1944. Does anyone have info on him or his family from this area? Thanks in advance for any help!
