He informed the editor of the ‘Dispatch’ that his company disposed of a share at a sacrifice ($5,000) in order to raise means to prosecute work on their claim but they have no desire to sell more stock for less than $200 per foot; that Blue Mountain City is growing rapidly; that 2 large hotels will be opened within a few weeks, and that the place is destined to become one of the most flourishing camps in Calaveras county.
