I need some one to look for my Tritt ancestors in Ca. Census 1860 in Calaveras Co. Ca. or any other Co. in Ca.. They were from Union Co. Ga. where they were married in 1853. Never found after marriage in any Census in Ga. or any nearby State. thought maybe they went to the Gold Fields in Ca.Perhaps to Calaveras Co. They were Davault T. (or Thomas maybe)born 1826 in N.C. and wife Nancy Ann Tritt born 1833 in N.C. Her maiden name was Logan. They should have at least two ch. with them and maybe three. The Children's names- Daughter name unk Tritt born between 1853 and 1856, John Jefferson Tritt born 1856, and Mary Ann Tritt born abt 1860.Please E-mail me if anyone finds this family in Ca. in 1860.
