From Mokelumne Hill, July 30 -- Yesterday afternoon a miner named Joseph KRAFT, while standing upon a ladder near the bottom of a shaft at Gwin's mine, was fatally injured by the ascending bucket, which rolled off its track and fell upon him and crushed him in a horrible manner. CRAFT [spelled 2 ways] was formerly a resident of Campo Seco.
