Yes, I have concluded that Walter Clyde Dunbar who died in Butte Co., CA is the son of Waller Cornelius Dunbar.
Walter's WWI Draft Registration (Walter Clyde) indicates he was born in Halowell, Kansas.
From the 1910 census for Clyde W., I find his wife was Anny J., dtr. Thelma, and son Seldon E. I think he had another son, but I do not know his name. Seldon was b 1909, OK; d Nov. 1988, m. Virginia Kramer and had a dtr. Judith Lucille who m. Unk. Pendergrass. And Seldon had two other children.
Note: The information of Seldon's children has not been verified by me as yet.
