Searching for marriage,death,1900 us census information for my great grandfather Fred Swanson. The bits and pieces of information I have gathered is that he lived in Oakland,Alameda County, California in the 1890's . Married my great-grandmother,Charlotte Sibrian (her married name from first marriage) around 1892-93. My grandfather,Elwood Swanson, was born in 1896. I believe Fred (Frederick) died sometime between 1908-1909. I have voter registration and phone directory info showing he lived in Oakland. I also believe he was born around 1866. i have searched and searched the 1900 US Census for Alameda County,California and am beyond frustrated that I can't find him anywhere! I know that Charlotte (Lottie) had a daughter Florence that probably still lived with them and also found other census records indicating her 3 sons lived with her (John,Joseph, and Frank).
