Leidig family of Hayward, Alameda Co, CA

During WW II, father was on the USS Yorktown, aircraft carrier, & while temporarily in port we stayed at the home of the Leidig family of Hayward. These lovely people had a small house in their backyard which was adequate for my parents & me for the month or so we were there. The Leidigs gave my father a birthday party & I still have the cards, also a picture of me (a 4 yr old) drawn by one of the daughters, Kathleen. The other daughter had an Indian name, something like Tahleewah. I remember them well & would like to locate the family to thank them for their hospitality during that trying time. Our name was Puckett. Thank you for any info.
