I only have the following information on this flyer :
His name : HOWARD H HAMILTON
His military rank ( in 1944 ) : Sergeant
His military identification number : 0-759228

Howard was the pilot of a B-17,his plane crashed in Belgium in 1944 where he sought refuge with a family.


Plane : B-17 BOMBER nick name " RED DRAGON " - serial number 43-37951
Command : 8th Air Force
Group : 379th bomb group
Squadron : 527th
Operating from Kimbolton airfield UK
Birth date : July 14th, 1919
I am seeking information on Howards family originally from Alameda Berkley California post WW"

His wife's name was LUCILLE ( no family name known )
We know they had at least one daughter born towards the end of the war in
september or october 1944 - no name known.
