Any Irvington historians in the house?

I would love to hear from anyone who has historical references for Irvington, Washington Township, Alameda County. In 1933 there was a business named LEAL'S GROCETERIA in Irvington, and I am trying to find out where exactly it was to do a property search - it is the only clue to my fathers' father that he never knew.

Happy Hunting & Godspeed
