Looking for info on my ggrandfather, John Henry Morrison, who arrived in Oakand in abt 1880 and was listed in the 1894 Oakland city directory as being in the coal, wood and grain business at 567 E. 14th St. In 1906 he is listed at 1505 25th St. He was born in Scotland and had formerly lived in Chicago, where he had been the managing partner in a brick yard and kiln business. Before that he lived in Missouri & Kentucky,
