Hi Charles: I answered on the other board, but I'm not sure if the message was posted. Anyway, Samuel Merritt Hospital is now Summitt Medical Center. A merging of Merritt, Peralta and Providence Hospitals. Located on "Pill Hill". All now owned by Sutter Medical Group. 350 Hawthorne Avenue, Oakland, CA 94609.
