Greetings!
I am trying desperately to find any of Arthur Edward Martin's children living today! We would just like to talk to any one of them.
Arthur was living in Alameda County, in the city of Hayward, from the late 1930's to 1951, when he lived on Melody Way.
Arthur (1902-1982), md. Madeline Cortese. They had 4 children, who were living in the following places in 1982:
(1) Betty (Zimmerman) Martin - (San Ramon)
(2) Frank - (Pleasant Hill)
(3) Bill - (Danville)
(4) Harry ("Henry")- (Hayward)
My mother was the only child born to Arthur Edward Martin and Vera Stoddard, in San Diego, in 1924. There marriage lasted maybe a year or two, at best!
Then, Arthur married Madeline Cortese, where they had four more children. We ONLY want to know what her father (Arthur) looked like, hoping to see a picture !! She never knew her father. My mom is 74-year old now.
Any help would be wonderful !!
