John Byram 5/02/03
The 1930 Census shows a George Byram in the Chicago Census, age 46, born in Michigan, Mother born in Michigan and Father in Wisconsin.Occupation was Sailor/Fishing.The 1900 Green Bay Census show George Byram born October 1832, and Josephine born 1840 with having had 8 children, all living. Census shows both were born in New York.I show 10 children but I know one girl is a duplicate and perhaps one of the boys are a relative.Edwin 1858/1947, George Jr. 1859/1884, Frank 1860, John 1865, Robert 1868, Earle 1873, Chas. 1876, Edith 1878/1969, Julia 1879, Katherine 1881/1964.The children's names came from an earlier census I believe was 1880.I can't seem to lay my hands on it right now.Chicago George could be Josephine's grandson.
My address is 1012 McAree Road, Waukegan, Il.60085.
Are you from the Edwin family?We're from the Frank family.I'm going up to the Green Bay Cemetery this summer and see what else I can find.
I also have the Murdock ancestors.
Would appreciate the information you have.
Thanks;
