Do you think the will rules out Lewis and Fanny having a son Asa as well as Lewis as mentioned in the forum posting #477? I think it possible that Lewis may have had a previous marriage also and Asa might be from that marriage?
At least it seems Lewis and Fanny were married a very short while and William and Hulda their only children together. They married Dec 29, 1798 and he was gone before Aug. 1806 when Fanny wrote her will and soon died. A time span of abt. 8 years.
Do you have anything more on Hulda and what became of her?
