Actually, that Bynum material is being completely rewritten and posted at a different website: www.genfiles.com. Replacements for the first couple chapters of my 1983 book have been there for a couple years now. I was interrupted by bypass surgery from posting the remainder of the rewritten book, but I've been sending drafts to anyone who asks for them.
