She signed with an x

Witnessed by: James Binum, Betsey Ives, and Mary x Tolson

Proved in September Term of Craven County Court 1806 Samuel Chapman clerk

Now I wonder if Fanny ? was married to a Foscue before marrying a Bynum and therefor my Lewis Bynum whose wife is said to be Fanny Foscue was a widow when she married him and they had my William b. abt 1799 d. abt 1868 who Levisa Ball.

Hope this helps someone or someone has some answers for me.
Marie
