Based on a couple of references(*), Isaac Bynum(b.1842) was the son of Isaac Bynum(b.1805), and his wife, Tabitha Young. Isaac(b.1805) died in 1881 and was also buried in Bynum Cemetery, Jackson Co AL.

Isaac(b.1805) was a half brother to your Asa(b.1781) .....both being sons of Isaac,Sr.(b.c1759).
