John L. BYARS was born about 1807 and died about 1857 in Warren county, Tn. He married Mary HOPPER about 1829. They had 9 children: Nathan, Elizabeth, Martha, Jane, Drucilla, Mary, Harold, Joseph, and James K. Polk. After death of John his wife went to Shelby county, Misouri and married a John H. ROMJUE. Is any one else researching this family? What does the "L": stand for in Johns's name? where is he buried?
