I'm searching for an Elsie or Elsa BYARS who married Joseph Marion CLANTON. Elsie was
Born on 11 Dec. 1861 in Warren County, Iowa and died sometime after 1938. She Married
JMC on 27 Feb 1879, Warren County, Iowa. They moved to Norwalk CA. She is burried in the "Little Lake Cemetary" Santa Fe Springs CA. (I have photos of her grave stone too... been there personally)
I think her parents were John BYARS (1820 - 11 Jan 1900) and "Anaretta" (1823 - 2 May
1897) although there is some controversy about her maiden name.. .some list it as
"STIFFLER" rather than BYARS.
