I am also a descendant of James Henry Byars through his son, John Byars [Captain, Revolutionary Service] (1734-1781) and his sp-Elizabeth Thomasson (1735-1823). This line includes the surnames of Cole, Allen, Smith. I also would appreciate hearing from anyone researching this line.

Have lost track of Darla Mally Case . . . I'd really like to know if anyone has heard from her lately, if she is still online -- she is also a descendant of James Henry Byars.
