I appreciate your taking time to discuss this with me. So many "Johns"! Guess it's obvious they're of German descent... OK, well, I'm going through the censuses trying to figure out who belongs to whom, but I guess the first thing I should try to do is pin down my Hiram. That's what I'm having trouble doing. You said John in Buzzardtown had a son H. Bossert...do you know what the "H" stood for? You know how it goes, where there's one of a particular name, there are bound to be descendants with it as well.
