If the John Bossert you speak of came from Clarion Co then his father was the Malachi Buzzard who settled on some land above the indian village called Catfish. The John Buzzard I speak of settled on land called Buzzardtown Westmoreland Co Pa and he died in 1822. (Boucher and Jordan,1906). some known sons are Benj Bossert, H. Bossert,
